Ooh, The Ship Who Sang is pretty good! Pern's amazing, but there's too many books for me to ever get around to reading, so I kinda prefer The Ship Who Sang and the other standalone Anne McCaffrey book I've read which I can't remember the title of but included weird crystals and a lot of singing.

1. The other day I mentioned that my oldest memory is of me pricking my finger on a cactus when I was three, but I think I have the slightest memory of meeting my great-grandmother before she died, and I was no older than one then. If I actually don't remember that, then this statement is still true because I was a year old when I was three.
2. Unfortunately, no...I see camels at the county and state fairs every year but I've never had the oppurtunity to ride one.
3. A few years ago when I still ate shellfish and crustaceans, I did order a crab at a resturaunt. From what I remember, it was tasty.

Aliria, I've only read Dragonriders, and a two-parter about a planet with dinosaurs. And I'm reading Ship Who Sang now. I believe that would be The Crystal Singer. I haven't read it, but we have it, so I probably will read it at some point.

1) True. Plat was going through the Thomas the Tank Engine stage, and he named all his fish after one of the trains - but they kept dying, so he ended up calling one Duck, because he ran out of other names.
2) False: I've lived in... about ten houses I think.
3) True: I don't get to ride the horses much, I just lead 'em around and clean up poop.
